Hygetropin is an injectable drug manufactured by Hygene, China and representing a Synthetic Human Growth Hormone produced with recombinant DNA technology. Hygetropin has the same amino acid sequence with 191 residues as the native human growth hormone produced in the human body. In medicine Hygetropin is used mainly in Growth Hormone treatment as well as in surgical operations, traumas, burns, organ transplantations and cancers, promoting protein combination. It is also called Somatotropin and refers to the growth hormone produced natively in animals.
